Structure
The main compartment is designed to maximize space, allowing for efficient packing of clothes, shoes, and other travel essentials. It features a zippered divider panel that helps keep items organized and prevents shifting during travel, along with elastic cross straps to keep belongings in place and reduce wrinkles in clothing.
Secondary compartments include a separate, padded front pocket designed to securely hold a laptop, providing easy access and additional protection. Mesh pockets located on the interior side of the lid are ideal for storing smaller items like toiletries, chargers, and accessories.
The luggage is equipped with a retractable handle divided into three common handles: one-stage, two-stage, and three-stage. The maximum stretch size range is:

There are two kinds of materials for handles, aluminum alloy and plastic. In terms of telescopic handle suppliers, we align with the quality standards of brand suitcases in the industry, such as Away, July, Level8, Samsonite, etc. Our long-term handle suppliers are JiangShun, Sunsen, and Boluo Jingxiang.
The luggage shell is designed to absorb and dissipate impact forces, providing excellent protection for the items inside the luggage. The surface is scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, maintaining its appearance even when handled roughly. Its lightweight characteristic makes the luggage easier to carry and maneuver.
Classification by Hardness
The luggage shell can be categorized into two types: hard shell and soft shell. We specialize in producing hard shell luggage, with materials including full aluminum, aluminum-magnesium alloy, titanium alloy, and PC (polycarbonate).

Aesthetic and Functional Finishes
Luggage made of metal or PC materials can be die-cast with various textures and can achieve advanced surface treatments such as smooth, matte, or patterned designs. They can also be colored in various tones to match personal or brand preferences. The smooth surface of hard shell luggage is easy to clean.
Differentiation of Hard Shell Forming Processes
1. Plastic luggage:
– Materials such as ABS, PC, and PP are heated and formed into sheets using a particle principle. These sheets are then thermoformed. This process allows for the creation of a variety of shapes.
2. Metal luggage:
– Aluminum luggage typically uses sheet metal stamping, either through integral forming or partial forming. These pieces are then assembled to form the final product.
Our luggage is generally set up with 8 small rubber rollers on the outside, which can achieve 360-degree free rotation, noise reduction, and shock absorption characteristics. At the same time, the wheels are detachable and replaceable, which makes it convenient for travelers to replace them with new wheels at any time according to actual conditions during use so that the suitcases can achieve greater use value and longevity.
To save costs, some suppliers may use hard ABS wheels, which will make the suitcase make louder noises when dragging, and also transmit greater vibration shock waves to the arms.

Spinner luggage locks are of two types including code lock and TSA combination lock. At Aluvox, premium travel luggage is usually equipped with TSA combination locks, while cheaper suitcases are equipped with ordinary combination locks. In terms of quantity, it is more appropriate for a suitcase to be equipped with 1 to 2 locks, which depends on the structure of the suitcase.
