Aluvox TT-001 Titanium Luggage, launched in 2024, represents the pinnacle of high-end metal luggage. This material outperforms traditional options like plastic or aluminum, offering unparalleled strength and durability. Our innovative production process involves segmented die-casting and precise splicing, allowing us to create luggage that combines diverse design elements with exceptional functionality. This ensures that brands can achieve the highest standards in luxury luggage while maintaining flexibility in design.
The TT-001 features a 0.5mm thick titanium plate, and our advanced production line supports customization for sizes ranging from 20 to 24 inches. The titanium alloy used, designated as TC4, delivers a lightweight yet robust product—our 20-inch luggage weighs just 4.6kg, and the 24-inch version comes in at 6.4kg, meeting the weight requirements for most international flights.
