PC Luggage

PC luggage is molded from polycarbonate raw materials through a hot forming process, featuring excellent compression resistance, durability, and abrasion resistance. These trunk suitcases are lightweight and, after heating, the PC material can be easily molded into very attractive shapes. This aligns well with today’s demand for stylish designs in travel luggage while also considering the weight-bearing capacity during transportation. In terms of cost, PC luggage is more than 50% higher than ABS luggage case.

The production process of PC luggage is highly similar to that of most suitcases made from other plastic materials, with the main difference lying in the heat molding equipment. The rest of the process is the same, with equally good performance in exterior color printing. Due to the excellent toughness and strong plasticity of PC material, PC suitcase sizes can range from mini-portable to large enough for airline-checked luggage.

A key differentiator between PC and aluminum suitcases is the method of closure. The former generally employ zippered fastenings, while the latter utilizes locks in conjunction with rubber rings to ensure a secure seal.
