Aluvox and Our Factory
Aluvox is the international trade department of Yachentai, serving overseas brands, wholesalers, and distributors. Our manufacturing roots date back to 1993, when our predecessor, Guangzhou Julong, began making luggage and cases.
We manufacture luggage, bags, and specialist cases in Houjie, Dongguan, with a focus on aluminum and aluminum-magnesium luggage. Aluvox handles your product inquiries and coordinates sample revisions and order progress with the factory.

Our luggage range focuses on aluminum and aluminum-magnesium models for brands, wholesalers, and distributors. Models, shell materials, and interiors can be selected to suit your collection.
Makeup and Beauty Cases
Cases for organizing and carrying cosmetics, beauty supplies, and hairdressing tools, with compartments and inserts arranged around the contents.
Tool, Instrument and Other Specialist Cases
Our range includes tool and instrument cases, briefcases, medical cases, and flight cases. Construction and internal protection are designed around the size, weight, and use of the contents.
We also offer custom bags, with fabrics, dimensions, colors, compartments, and branding selected for the intended use.

Our Manufacturing Roots
Guangzhou Julong began manufacturing luggage and cases, handling domestic and export orders, primarily through trading companies.
The Guangzhou Shanghe Years
Guangzhou Shanghe was established in Panyu, Guangzhou, developing export business in aluminum cases, makeup cases, and professional tool cases.
Moving to Houjie, Dongguan
The manufacturing business moved to Houjie, Dongguan, where the Yachentai company was established. Its Chinese registered name was subsequently changed to reflect equipment technology.
Design, Tooling, Production and Testing
Digital Design
Digital design lets us present appearance, dimensions, and internal layouts. We review component positions and packing space during design so the proposal can be revised before approval.
Tooling and Sample Development
We assess whether existing tooling can be used or adapted and which parts need new tooling, based on construction and component mounting. Samples help check the design in practice and confirm appearance and function.
Production and Assembly
Manufacturing and assembly follow the approved sample, materials, and components, carrying the agreed product specifications into production.
Product Development and Patents
Yachentai holds more than 100 technical patents. Our manufacturing operations have developed from simple tooling to specialist tooling equipment, in-house product development, and a testing department.
Quality Control and Product Testing
Appearance, specifications, and function are confirmed at the sample stage. Production checks follow the quality requirements agreed with you. We arrange sampling, periodic testing, and customer-requested tests, with the test items, frequency, and required documentation agreed for each project.
Purchasing and Order Support
Aluvox is your point of contact from model selection through to support after delivery.
We serve Japan, North America, and other overseas markets, and develop business through trade shows and B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms.
Product Selection Advice
Tell us which products you want to add, your sales channels, target price level, and intended use. Drawing on our luggage sales and manufacturing experience, we recommend existing models and explain the material, size, and specification options.
Customization and Sample Approval
We agree on branding, colors, dimensions, wheels, locks, and interiors; for bags, we also review fabrics and carrying options. Samples are used to confirm appearance and function, record revisions, and finalize production specifications.
Quotation and Production Planning
When comparing options, we clarify the materials, components, customization, and packaging covered by the quote. Tooling or additional development is discussed separately where needed. Quantities, quality requirements, lead time, and delivery arrangements are agreed before the order, with our trade team following up with the factory.
Spare Parts and After-Sales Support
We discuss spare parts, compatible models, and quantities when the order is placed, helping brands and distributors plan their own after-sales service. If a product issue arises, share the model, description, and photographs with Aluvox. We coordinate with the factory to check the configuration, assess the issue, and discuss a response.
Component Supply and Brand Marketing Support
Alongside product development and finished-case manufacturing, we offer component supply and brand marketing support. The components, supply requirements, and specific marketing support are agreed during project discussions.
