Components
The ABS+PC outer shell is designed to absorb and dissipate impacts, providing excellent protection for the contents inside the luggage. The surface is resistant to scratches and abrasions, maintaining its appearance even after rough handling. Its lightweight nature makes the luggage easier to carry and maneuver, reducing the overall weight burden for travelers.
The hard outer shell retains its shape, providing a sturdy structure that prevents the luggage from collapsing or deforming under pressure. ABS+PC shells are resistant to water, helping to keep the contents dry during rainy weather or accidental spills. Additionally, ABS+PC material can withstand a range of temperatures, ensuring that it does not become brittle in cold environments or too soft in hot conditions.
ABS+PC luggage can be finished with various textures, such as smooth, matte, or patterned designs, and can be colored in a wide range of hues to match personal or brand preferences. The smooth surface of ABS+PC luggage is easy to clean, requiring only a damp cloth to wipe away dirt and stains.
ABS+PC luggage is equipped with a retractable handle divided into three common handles: one-stage, two-stage, and three-stage. The maximum stretch size range is:
Compact/Carry-On Luggage:
Fully retracted: approximately 18-20 inches (45-50 cm)
Fully extended: approximately 36-42 inches (90-105 cm)
Medium Checked Luggage:

There are two kinds of materials for handles, aluminum alloy and plastic. In terms of telescopic handle suppliers, we align with the quality standards of brand suitcases in the industry, such as Away, July, Level8, Samsonite, etc. Our long-term handle suppliers are JiangShun, Sunsen, and Boluo Jingxiang.
Our ABS+PC hard shell luggage is generally set up with 8 small rubber rollers on the outside, which can achieve 360-degree free rotation, noise reduction, and shock absorption characteristics. At the same time, the wheels are detachable and replaceable, which makes it convenient for travelers to replace them with new wheels at any time according to actual conditions during use so that the suitcases can achieve greater use value and longevity.
To save costs, some suppliers may use hard ABS wheels, which will make the suitcase make louder noises when dragging, and also transmit greater vibration shock waves to the arms.

Double zippers are standard on Aluvox ABS+PC suitcases, ensuring that users can easily open and close the suitcase while traveling without being restricted by direction. In addition, some suitcases use aluminum frames + rubber rings, and then use multiple locks to achieve the buckle of the case.

Structure

Spinner luggage locks are of two types including code lock and TSA combination lock. At Aluvox, premium travel luggage is usually equipped with TSA combination locks, while cheaper suitcases are equipped with ordinary combination locks. In terms of quantity, it is more appropriate for a suitcase to be equipped with 1 to 2 locks, which depends on the structure of the suitcase.
