Aluminum Luggage

Aluminum luggage, as the name suggests, are suitcase made by stamping aluminum sheets and then assembling them into suitcases. There are two types: full aluminum and partial aluminum. Among them, full aluminum luggage is of higher grade, and its weight is much heavier than plastic luggage such as PC or ABS. In terms of size, there are carry-on aluminum suitcases and aluminum checked suitcases. This mainly depends on the occasion of use and the weight of the luggage. Partial aluminum luggage refers to boxes made of aluminum combined with other materials such as leather, plastic, fabric, etc. The advantage is low cost and lightweight.

The aluminum travel luggage currently available from Aluvox is mainly made of full aluminum material. In terms of craftsmanship, there are two production modes: integral die-casting of aluminum and assembly of sheet materials. Most of our brand customers have unanimously chosen the craftsmanship of integral die-casting of aluminum. The main reason is that this craftsmanship makes the appearance of the box more graceful in curves and greatly reduces the number of screw holes on the shell of the box. It is more suitable for large brands to customize personalized products.
